Credit cards can expire for a number of reasons. If you’re aware that the credit card we have on file is out of date or no longer valid, please update your card details.
To update your card, while logged in, click the avatar in the top-right corner of your browser, then click “Settings.” From there, click “Billing Info,” also in the top right. From here you can update your card or add a new one.
If you add a new card, you’ll need to change the card associated with your subscription. While still in Billing Info, scroll down to Active Subscriptions. Click the three dots next to the program for which you need to update your card and select “Update payment method.” Select the correct card and then select “Update Subscription.” You can verify that you have the correct payment selected by identifying the last four digits of your credit card beneath the name of the program in which you are enrolled.
